Samantha Gould

Samantha earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Central Connecticut State University and her Master’s degree in Counseling and Human Services from Post University. She was drawn to the field of therapy through a genuine desire to help others navigate life’s challenges and feel more empowered in their daily lives. Samantha is especially passionate about working with women and adolescents, supporting them through periods of growth, transition, and self-discovery. She brings a strong focus on psychoeducation into her work, particularly around women’s health, helping clients better understand the connection between their mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Her therapeutic approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and supported. Samantha values meeting clients where they are and working together to build insight, coping skills, and confidence.

Outside of her clinical work, Samantha enjoys gardening, which reflects her appreciation for patience, growth, and nurturing—values she also brings into her work with clients.
