What to Expect During a Red Light Therapy Session

Each 15-minute session is facilitated by a trained team member who ensures your comfort and safety throughout the process. You’ll be invited to lie down beneath the red light panel in a quiet, private space designed to promote relaxation and grounding.

Clients are asked to remain fully clothed, though you may choose to disrobe to areas such as shorts and a sports bra or tank top to allow greater light exposure to the skin—always based on your comfort level. Eye protection is provided and must be worn during the session.

Once you are comfortably positioned, your practitioner will assist in adjusting and turning on the panel above you. The light emits a warm, gentle glow as you rest, breathe, and allow your body to absorb the energy. Most clients describe the experience as peaceful, centering, and subtly energizing.
