Andrea Janecko, LMSW

Andrea is deeply drawn to the power of vulnerability, connection, and wholehearted living, and views therapy as a courageous space where people can show up exactly as they are. She works with adults and couples navigating eating disorders, addiction, relationship challenges, trauma, and major life transitions, offering compassionate support as clients move through shame, grief, and uncertainty. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centered, helping individuals reclaim their stories with self-worth, resilience, and authenticity. Andrea brings experience across multiple levels of care, including inpatient, partial hospitalization, and residential treatment settings, tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs and readiness. Her goal is not perfection, but meaningful transformation rooted in self-understanding and connection. Outside the therapy room, she enjoys hiking, traveling (especially to the beach), and camping with her family.

I now see how owning our story and loving ourselves through that process is the bravest thing that we will ever do.
